It's always best to make all your eBay listings changes directly through AutoDS because that way AutoDS is always aware of the change.

However, If you do it through eBay, AutoDS has no way of knowing that.

Notice that AutoDS cannot check if you have made price or quantity changes to your item directly on eBay. Yet, if you have ended a listing on eBay or for some reason eBay had ended it for you, you can force a scan that will check that using the Sync with eBay button at the top of your Active Listings page.

If you manually trigger the sync, it will take up to 3 hours to complete matching the number of active listings on eBay with the ones on AutoDS saving you time and expenses on false monitoring items that were indeed ended on eBay.

It is important to keep in mind:

  • if you upload multi-variations listings AutoDS will always show more listings monitored than on your eBay account as each variation is counted as a listing on AutoDS as it is monitored separately for price and stock changes.
  • Do not hit this button if you have recently uploaded listings in bulk as this upload might result in many untracked listings. It's recommended to wait 3 hours after an upload before hitting this sync button.
